Job Title: Back Office Executive  /  Back Office Engineer / Account Assistant

• Customer Support & Inquiry Handling
  • Manage and route incoming telephone calls and emails professionally.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order updates.
• Sales Administration & Billing
  • Prepare and issue accurate price quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Generate bills, invoices, and purchase orders using accounting software.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized digital and physical customer files.
• Supply Chain & Procurement
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and terms with suppliers to maximize cost efficiency.
  • Arrange and track material shipments to ensure timely arrival and inventory stock.
• Technical Support
  • Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting to clients or internal teams.
  • Understand product specifications to accurately assist with customer queries and quotations.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a back-office, sales coordination, or technical support role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor negotiation and customer handling.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic accounting software. Ability to quickly learn technical product details.
